The Xinjiang wine grape Colomerus vitis is a kind of important pest in xinjiang because it is distributing widely and has serious effect on grape.many people control it by using pesticide in our courtry.but it is opposite to international standard of green food.therefore,it is important for studying how to reduce the pesticide residue,and reaching the demand of green food.this study is based on Xinjiang wine grape Colomerus vitis,and research it's occurrence regulation,field distribution, prediction and integrated management.The study summarize biological regulation of grape Colomerus vitis by checking a number of document. And describe it's symptom and occurrence condition. confirm it's distribution in field by collecting and treating the.datum, The result show that the distributing of grape Colomerus vitis accord with congregate distributing,and accord with negative two items distribution greatly, under the spatial distribution, confirm threshold density: when the number of gall per 100 wine grape Colomerus vitis under 30,it does not reach index of control. it would reach index of control that if the number of gall per 100 wine grape Colomerus vitis high than 50. The probability pledge is 95%,this means the error (the hurt pest conduced need control but have not consider it) is a(0.05),on the contrary is P(0.05),made a graph and vertical is number cumulated of gall, abscissa is sample times, line out "accept" or "unaccept" in graph.the aim made this graph is convenience study.we can find out a best time to control grape Colomerus vitis by the graph, reduce waste of manpower and material resources,and improve efficiency of prevention.The prediction of grape Colomerus vitis adopt phenology single sine to calculate model, From the begining of Apr to the end of the Oct, the growth point of departure temperature for Colomerus vitis is 12℃.the result is : The first times high peak period take place on May 10 to 20, last 40 - 50 days, degree for needing days isl35.19℃- 224.47 ℃. The second times high peak period take place on July 2 to July 10, last 93-101 days, degree for needing days is 837.24 ℃ — 966.39 ℃ .During the study of integrated management. for grape Colomerus vitis, Sieved several pesticide which high efficiently low poison for complement control the Colomerus vitis,the pesticide is: product of sulphur and lime, damanling ,sumancuo, lesiben ,bamanling, tianlierhao, yibianjing. Divide to use those for five times,in first two times, spraying product of sulphur and lime in the park every where;In last three times spraying above six pesticide, variance analyseshow that the experiment result have remarkable difference,so the result is creditable.Checking the result form of T there are not obvious difference in treatment of six kinds of medicines: damanling,sumancuo, bamanling,tianlierhao,so their effect of defend not very good,but lesiben with other treatment have great difference in 0.05 level, Yibianjing with other treatment have remarkable difference in 0.05 with 0.01 level,so its control efficiency is not better than other 5 kinds of medicines. We established a set of integrated management projects based on The study on occurrence regulation, To reduce the usage of the agrochemical and environmental pollution,make pesticide residue of the big area wine grape product to attain request of the green product, matching the demand of the international market.
