Abstract/Summary:
The aim of the present trail is to determine the effect of enzyme complex on broiler's performance and metabolizable parameters and the proper amount of enzyme complex. Six hundred and thirty 7-day-old Suso broilers were divided into 7 treatments randomly and 6 replicates per treatment, 16 birds each replicate. Broilers of the positive control (Treatment A) were fed diets with common energy, others'diets'metabolizable energy was 0.42MJ lower than treatment A. Treatment B was control. 0.012%, 0.015%, 0.018% and 0.021% Yiduoli enzyme complex was added to the control which made treatment C, D, E and F. 0.20%(7day to 21day) and 0.15%(22day to 49 day) Babaowei enzyme complex (America Kemin company) were added to treatment B which made treatment G.. Weigh the diets and broilers at the 7, 21 and 49-day-old, calculate broilers performance. Metabolizable trail was progressed on broilers at 16 day and 30 day and each lasted 5 days. Slaughter trail was carried out on 21day and 35day and measured blood sugar, serum urea nitrogen, amylase and protease activity. The result showed, 0.015% Yiduoli enzyme complex can incease broilers ADFI( average daily feed intake), ADG(averrage daily gain) and 49-day body weight significantly (p<0.05), diet with common energy can improve FCR (feed convertion ratio) significantly (p<0.05). Enzymes have no effect on apparent nutrients availability and convertion rate from energy to ADG; 0.015% Yiduoli enzyme complex improved convertion rate from protein to ADG (p<0.05). Enzyme addition can increase intestinal amylase activity significantly or extremely significantly, 0.018% Yiduoli enzyme complex increased intestinal protease activity of 35-day-old broilers significantly (p<0.05). Yiduoli enzyme complex have no effect on blood sugar and serum urea nitrogen of 21-day-old broilers; 0.018% Yiduoli enzyme complex increased serum urea nitrogen of 35-day-old broilers significantly; low energy diets can probably increase blood sugar and serum urea nitrogen. Enzyme addition have the tendency of increasing live rate and decreasing fecal moisture.
