The study was carried out under four N levers (0,100,200,and300kg/ha-1)and evaluated at experiments yield of North East Agricultural University in Harbin in 2003 .The 3 cultivars differing in quality were used in the studies in different amount of nitrogen applicaton. The studies aimed at the formations and accumulation of the total grain protein and glutelin, aimed at effects of nitrogen on the formations and accumulation. The results showed:Based on the amount of nitrogen application rates, protein content of all cultivars increased significantly with the nitrogen application rate increasing in certain range, but decreased caused by excessive nitrogen application rate. Protein content of LONGGAO2 and DONGNONG250 was the highest under the condition of urea 200kg/hm2, and its of DONGNONG250 was the highest only when more amount of nitrogen was applied.Based on the amount of nitrogen application rates, glutelin content of LONGGAO2 and SIDAN19 increased significantly with the nitrogen application rate increasing in certain range, but decreased caused by excessive nitrogen application rate. Gutelin content of LONGGAO2 and SIDAN19 was the highest under the condition of urea 200kg/hm2, and its of DONGNONG250 was the highest only when more amount of nitrogen was applied, Gutelin content of DONGNONG250 was the highest under the condition of urea 200kg/hm2.The total content of HMW-glutelin of LONGAO2 was higher than the other cultivars under the condition of higher amount of nitrogen application. The content of HMW-glutelin significantly increased ,and the content of LMW-glutelin significantly decreased with the increasing of nitrogen application; The effect of nitrogen application on the accumulation of HMW-glutelin of SIDAN19 was smaller; The nitrogen application effect on SIDAN19 was smaller.Attaining higher grain glutein yield as well as the higher protein yield for LONGGAO2 was the best treatment under the condition of urea 200kg/hm2, The variance analysis result is significanty different, the variance analysis result is significanty different between the condition of urea 200kg/hm2 and the condition of urea 200kg/hm2, Grain glutein yield was the best for DONDNONG250 is under the condition of urea 300kg/hm2, the condition of urea 300kg/hm2 is significantly higher than other treatments .Protein yield was the best is under the condition of urea 200kg/hm2.and protein yield and its of SIDAN 19 is the contrary.Grain yield was the highest under the condition of urea 300kg/hm2 in all cultivars, The variance analysis for grain yield between the condition of urea 200kg/hm2 and the condition of urea 300kg/hm2 was not significantly different.
