The research to the properties of physics and chemistry of new built greening soil showed that there is no regularity to change of soil hardness. With the increasing of soil depth, hardness increased, but in some sampled point, soil hardness decreased with the increasing of soil depth layer. Change of the whole nitrogen amount of district soil is relatively great in range, the integral level is lower. The integral level of content of rapidly available phosphorus is on the high side. In the content of rapidly available potassium is held.Microbial characteristic analysis results in the type of different vegetation of urban green land show : Flowers green land > Artificial grass and bush land> Artificial forest land >Artificial meadow > Artificial bush land > Divide car bring greening >Pavement greening.The content of soil microbial biomass (carbon , nitrogen) changes relatively largly in different green land, its variation tendency keeps the same with variation tendency of the organic content of soil.Soil microbial biomass content is most highest in flowers green land , Artificial forest land .Artificial grass and bush are the second place ,Microbial biomass lowest in Pavement greening. Soil microbialbiomass carbon and nitrogen remarkable positive correlation, soil microbial measure result of nitrogen demonstrate the variation tendency similar to carbon of microbial biomass of soil.Soil breathe intensity and FDA hydrolysising value which are remarkable positive correlation extremely. These two kinds of methods can measure total microbial activity, soil breathe intensity is the most heaviest with artificial forest land, the second is artificial grass and bush land, Breath intensity of flowers green land is most minimum. Among arbor vegetation type, artificial forest land breathe intensity greater than Pavement green land. Among bush vegetation type, soil breathe intensity from high to low is atificial grass and bush land > Artificial bush > Divide the car strip green land.the content is relatively low of which orgnic matter, nutrient (N, P ) , every index of soil Microorganism is relatively low. So soil quality improvement of urban green land, should pay attention to organic and Fertilizer use , and should add some microbial fertilizer, can promote the growth of the soil microorganism to breed in this way, help to ensure afforesting the achievement.
