| Rice germplasm resourse is abundance in China and can be found in many provinces, but uniform study is wanted. This research studied genetic diversity of indica landrice of China based on agronomic traits and SSR, and discussed characteristic of genetic diversity of rice in China.Grouped according to province, longtitude and latitude, the genetic diversity of 440 indica landrice were compared and analysed based on agronomic traits and SSR of 14 different provinces according to genetic distance and genetic diversity index. Analysised experiment data by NTsys, PopGen and SAS software. Characteristic of genetic diversity of rice in China were discussed, and d relation between indica traditional rice and geographical source was studied.The major results showed as follows:1. The study of genetic diversity for agronomic traits of 440 local rice varieties showed that rice germplasm resourse was available in abundance in China. Grouped according to province, longtitude and latitude, the study showed that the genetic distance and position of indica landrice had consanguineous connection, there was little genetic distance among indica rice of near position and great between far position.2. The study of genetic diversity of 440 local rice varieties through 62 pairs of SSR markers showed that rice germplasm resourse was available in abundance in China. Groupedg according to province, longtitude and latitude, the study showed that the genetic distance and position of indica rice had consanguineous connection, genetic distance among indica rice of near position shorter than them between far position.3. Genetic distance and genetic diversity index of indica landrice were counted based on agronomic traits and SSR. Denetic diversity index and genetic distance of indica rice were compared based on agronomic and SSR. Denetic diversity index of indica rice based on agronomic and SSR accorded with each other in different province, longtitude and latitude. Genetic diversity index of indica traditional rice based on SSR were higher than genetic diversity index based on agronomic traits.4. The pricompal component analysises showed that part of agronomic traits and SSR can be used to study the genetic diversity of rice which was representational. Cumulative proportion of plant height, colour of glume and colour of glume sharp of agronomic traits exceed 99%, cumulative proportion of RM314, RM143, RM277, RM16, RM302, RM242, RM172, RM6, RM167, RM297, RM336, RM11, RM217, RM204, RM129, RM234 of SSR exceed 80%. |
