Studies On The Correlation Between Pn And The Activities Of SOD,POD Of Zaoheibao Grape In Greenhouse

Zaoheibao grape of tetraploid of Eurasia species at the two age, which was treated by covering two different films and adopting two different training; and unveiling the half film at the beginning of May, the open ground was used ck. Pn the chlorophyll content and the activities of POD and SOD in the year change were measured, the results were as follows:(1) By analysis, the day change of six phonological periods suggests that the peak value appears at morning, but the peak value in the afternoon is not obvious, the peak value is rising slightly in the period of small fruit and the quick expanding fruit in the afternoon, but the peak is far lower than that at morning.(2) The curves of the year change of Pn shows double-peak in greenhouse and three-peak in open ground, both of the highest peak appear in the anthesis.(3) The Pn of the erect training of single hedge in the outside greenhouse is higher than that of the erect training of single hedge in blue film and higher the horizontal training of double hedges in blue film and the erect training of single hedge in white film but there is not different with the horizontal training of double hedges in white film.(4) The peak value of chlorophyll content appears in the color period in the blue film and open ground, but that do in autumn in white film.(5) The activity of SOD is rising in the earlier period and dropping later, but the activity of POD is lower in the earlier period, the activities of SOD and POD get the peak value with the mature of fruit and drop later. (6)it shows the positive correlation for different treatments among Pn and chlorophyll SOD POD. And the correlation of Pn and the chlorophyll content is very significant or significant, the correlative coefficient is the maximum in the horizontal training of double hedges in white film.(7) It shows negative correlation among Pn and SOD, POD in white film and outside film, and positive correlation among Pn and SOD POD in blue film and outside film.The test reveals that it is possibility and effectiveness to cultivate grape in the greenhouse, and it is the best that the grape absorbs and uses light in the horizontal training of double hedges in white film. And the result provides complete technology and theory basic to cultivate zaoheibao grape in greenhouse, it is significant to make the grape fertility year by year, maturation earlier and high quality.
