Effect Of Cultivation Measure On Yield And Quality Of High Gluten Wheat

In this experiment, it took the high gluten wheat Linyou 145 and Linfen 138 as the example which was used studying the effect of cultural measure on yield and quality character of high gluten wheat.The result of experiment was indicated:1. The studying on the relation of Grain filling characters and Grain weight indicated:the important tow factors which the can effect grain weight is grain filling speed and extent time of grain filling on high gluten wheat,more effective on speed of grain filling;the researching on accumulation trend of Protein and Grain weight in the process of grain filling indicated:the changing of Protein content trend and accumulation disciplinarian shown high low high concarity curve trend in the process of grain filling on high gluten wheat.the grain weight increasing fast in anaphase.slowly in prophase.2.The Sowing date and Sowing rate has effects on yield and quality character on Iinyoul45 and linfen 138:yield of tow wheat varieties has shown direction which first rising then decend with extent of sowing date and sowing rate.The Protein content and wet gluten content were rising with extent of sowing date ,Sedimantation,stable time ,Dough development and Valorimeter were decend with the extent of sowing date.The yield of two wheat varieties rising with the increasing of sowing date.All of the quality characters decended with sowing rate increasing.3.More effective in the fertilizer with different N P K content :Nitrogen fertilizer has dominated function on the yield and quality on high gluten wheat linyou 145,it has shown positive correlative with yield and quality. With the growing of Phosphor fertilizer .thereh has increased on yield and quality ,but the effect was not patency.In this experiment,more effective on employ normal lever of the Potass fertilizer.but the result was not patency with more employing.The experiment also indicated.increased Use the sulphur ammonium on the basis of using urea , can make the yield of facing Linyou 145 by 1.34%,at the same time ,the quality has been inproved.4.The experiment of irrigation shown: Irrigated wingtering period ,reviving,booted and grain filling water can made yield attain highest,the better quality on irrigated booted and grain filling;lrrigation has little effective on quality of linfen 138.5.The studying of Sprayed fertilizer on the surface of leaf in prophase indicated:the yield has increased 15.82% when sprayed three fertilizer{carbamide+calcium+decline fertilizer(Zn.Mn)as well as all kinds of quality chacacters have increasing.
