The experiment study on the polymorphism of HSL gene exon I and its relation to production performance in swine by using PCR-RFLP.Altogether 329 swines were included in this experiment. There were 41 North china hybrid wild boars,35 Northeast wild boars,42 Northeast hybrid wilds boars,44 Lanchraces pigs,45 Large white pigs,42 Mashen pigs,42 5th generations of Shanxi white pigs,38 Shanxi black pigs. More important was the first related research toward the polymorphisms of the HSL gene in North china cross-breed wild boars, Northeast wild boars, Northeast cross-breed wilds boars and 5th generations of shanxi white pigs by using PCR-RFLP,and the first anasised the correlation between the polymorphisms and some production performance.The research enriched the research method of wild boar molecular biology home and abroad, and provided the molecular biology evidence for the research of production performance of the livestock and poultry.It can offer basis of protection and useness of wild boar resource .The main results were as follows:1. All Landraces and Large white pigs were classified into the only genotype of GG;Shanxi white pigs and Shanxi black pigs were three genotypes of AA,AG and GG;Local breed Mashen pigs were the only genotype of AA;North china hybrid wild boars, Northeast wild boars, Northeast hybrid wilds boars all were two genotypes of AG and GG. in different breeds, frequencies of allele A and G of HSL gene were different, so do the frequencies of its genotypes. The study indicated,G gene disadvantaging storage of fat, was a predominance gene of lean meat percentage, A gene advantaging storage of fat.HSL gene showed obvious polymorphisms in lean type swine and fat type swine.2. Chi-square test showed: Landrace pigs, Large white pigs, Mashen pigs, Shanxi black pigs,Northeast hybrid wild boars and North of china hybrid wild boars were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium,but 5th generations of Shanxi white pigs and Northeast wild boar were in disequilibrium.PIC of the tested populations were all low polymorphism.3. Analysis of variance to carcass traits suggested: The influence at lean meat percentage and fat content were not significant between GG and AA in North china hybrid wild boar;Sex did not significantly influence at the backfat thickness of 5th generations of shanxi white pigs, but the genotype significantly influence at which, and effect of genotype AA was higher than AG,genotype AG was higher than GG, the difference was not significant between AA and AG,which between AG and GG, AA and GG were not.4. Analysis of variance to growth traits suggested: Sex did not significantly influence at the birth weight of 5th generations of Shanxi white pig,but the genotype did significantly influence at which,and effect of genotype AA was higher than AG, genotype AG was higher than GG,the difference was not significant between AG and AA, which between GG and AG, and GG and AA were not so; Neither sex nor genotype significantly influence at weaning weight;Sex did not significantly influence at the Weight within 6 of Shanxi white pig, but the genotype did significantly influence at which,there existed the same law as that toward birth weight, the difference is significant between AA and GG, which between GG and AG, and AG and AA were not so. |
