Results showed that:1. The persistence of acetamiprid on Aphis caraccirara(Koch) and its half-life of degradation on leaf surfurce of Phaseolus vulgaris decreased with the increase of temperature , but this descreased rate goslowly with the temperature rising(18-35°C); both dynamic of effect and depletion of residue have same trend in different temperature ; LC50 of acetamiprid is alike in definite temperatur range(18-27°C).butLC50 become obviously small at 35°C.2.The persistence of acetamiprid on Aphis caraccirara(Koch) decreased with the concentration increasing(10-30mg/l). but its DT50 on leaf surface decreased; both the dynamic of effect and residue is the same as a whole; its LC50 is increscent with the concentration increasing.3.DT50 of acetamiprid is shorter in the nonsterilization treatment, it explain that microrganism on the leaf has important acts on degradation of acetamiprid. The temperature.concentration and microrganisn on the leaf have important infection on the effect andresidue of acetamiprid , but it depends on affecting the degradation of acetamiprid. so we should spray atapt time.concentration and object depending on the different environment and produce request. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | acetamiprid, effect, residue, persistence, DT50, LC50, concentration temperature, microraganism on the leavies | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
