The epidemic of parasitic diseases, which is main influence factor, is seriously effect on sheep growth in Xinjiang. A lot of clinical veterinarians continuously work hard to look for a kind of parasiticide, which has characteristics of extension, high effect, lower toxin and long-lasting function. Because of special climate and geographical environment in Xinjiang, parasitic diseases has typical of reputably and continually infection. In order to achieve better the effect of killing parasites, veterinarians must use parasiticide many times, which wastes a great deal of manpower, material and financial. We research some parasiticide and reasonably combine these medicines and add synergist in them to obtain slow releasing preparation, which have slow releasing, high effect, lower toxin and their long-lasting concentration maintain stabilization. Abametin and Albendazole are ideal drugs for anthelmintic, which is now widely using for animal parasites. But they have different effects for prevention and cure parasites. Ivermectin mainly kills nematodes and arthropod parasites in animal skin, but it has on effects for trematodes and tapeworms. Albendazole is active against tapeworms, trematodes, but has no effects to muscids, gentles, tickes, acaruses and pediculus. The combination of those tow drugs enlarges the range of anthelmintic and simplifies processing. The efficacy of killing parasites of the combination is obviously improved, just using once. The dose of the combination is Ivermectin 2mg/ 10kg and Albendazole sulfoxide 25mg/10kg. The results prove that the amount of tapeworms, trematodes and nematodes in animal stomach and intestines are zero on seventh day after giving medicine; meanwhile the four clinical symptoms of sheep's acarus and manginess have been partly relieved or completely eliminated. Its result will more obvious using Ivermectin 4mg/ 10kg and Albendazole sulfoxide 40mg/10kg. Although parasites'infective rate is 80% after 100 days giving the combination, but the intensity of infection is lower 90% than the control group.
