Adopting the method of organize separating , 86 bacterial isolates were obtained from Guangdong , Chongqing , Hunan citrus retiulata Blanco , citrus sinensis Osbeck and Citrus grundis Osbeck every organ (cortex of main stem, cortex of main branch, leaf, fruit, fibrous root), had understood the distribution situation of the endophytic bacteria of culture mandarin orange of our country preliminary: according to the regions, the bacteria bearing rate in Guangdong, Chongqing, Hunan three place health organization of mandarin oranges respectively is 21. 2%, 16. 0% and 15. 3%, the tendency was to reduce gradually from the south to the north; According to kinds, the bacteria bearing rate of citrus sinensis Osbeck was the highest, it was 23. 7%, secondly it was 18. 8% of citrus retiulata Blanco, Citrus grundis Osbeck was 10. 0%; according to every organ, the highest bacteria bearing rate was the fibrous root, was 41. 7%, secondly it was leaf 30. 3%, cortex of main branch was 8. 4%, cortex of main stem was 6.1%, endophytic bacteria in fruit only was 1. 1%.Through the plateform antagonism test, 35 bacteria were screened which had antagonism to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, 6 among them inhibiting rate were above 50%; 2 bacteria still had stronger antagonism after their bacteria suspend liquid deactivated in 110℃ for 20 minutes. Choosed 03103221 and 03112121 two bacterial strains , which bacteria suspend liquid and bacteria deactivated liquid had better antagonism to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, 25~30℃ shaking train 72h using potato cane sugar culture liquid mad to fermented liquid , carried on rape detached leaf inhibiting test and field prevent disease experiment, results showed that 03103221...
