But many question are appeared with the straw cover at the same time. Too much straw cover not only can't accelerate the crop growth but also harm the corp. So propriety straw cover research has been the key question to restrict the protection cultivation.This paper chooses the south of Baoding, the No1.field of Hebei agriculture university, and Daxinfeng village of Beijing as two representative research area. In the research area we take many pictures about corn stalk cover and measure the rate of wheat seed burgeon. The test includes two research contents: (1) dispose and identify the image collected from the trial field—separate the straw from the background(soil and wheat burgeon). Improve the image quality through image enhancement, filter, except chirp and so on a series of processing, at the same time calculates the straw stalk cover degree. (2) analysis the relation of the ratio of wheat's seeding burgeon and ratio of straw cover, and relation of the ratio of wheat's seeding burgeon and straw stalk cover quantity.The key chapter is image disposal and analysis, also the important content of the test. In the course of image disposal, at first sample and mete change the image, secondly orthogonal transformation, at last dispose the image. In order to strengthen the discrimination of straw stalk and background we amend the gray grade of picture, linear filtering and median filtering can remove the noise coming from the equipment itself and photography process.
