The research had carried out in the Key Laboratory for Biology of Greenhouse Vegetable of Shandong Province. JinYouNo1(jy), HuangHou (hh) and XiaoTianShiNo2(xtsh) , which planted in field in Autumn and in greenhouse in Winter respectively, were selected as the test materials. The contents of ZT, GA3, IAA, ABA(by HPLC) and ETH(by GC) in immature cucumber 5D, 10D, 15D,25D after anthesis unpollinating ,pollinating and treated with artificial growth regulators in two different growth conditions were determined. The dynamic change of each kind of endogenous hormones, and their relations to the state of fruit development were studied. The main results are shown as follows: 1. The technical method of pretreatment for HPLC was selected in our experiment. The proportion of recycle fraction was ZT78.69%, GA374.23%, IAA80.33% and ABA82.09%. The method used for samples pretreatment for HPLC were explored. 2. The content of endogenous hormones showed dynamic change in different time of the same day, the optimal time for sampling is from 9 to 11 o'clock。3. The content of endogenous hormones differ among different genotypes, while the changing tendency in the whole developing stage is similar: the changes of GA3 and IAA content is evidence, and the most content appears at the rapidly developing stage, while in later of development, the ABA and ETH content enhance. 4. The weight of cucumber increased rapidly in Autumn than in Winter. The content of IAA has the same inclination, while the content of ABA changed reversely. |
