Multifactor studies of cut flower preserving fresh technology are carried out systematically using Rosa chinensis and Gerbera jamesonii. Take bottle lifespan as a criterion, the effects for preserving fresh of various measures in cultivation and post-harvest are investigated and analyzed aiming to obtain suitable technology standard for commercial use as well as producing. After contrast experiments, some conclusions could be summarized as follows.(1) In cultivation with ridge, the rate of high quality cut flower of Rosa chinensis increases 16.6% than without ridge, and having longer bottle lifespan. The bottle life span of Rosa was 4.5d longer with dunging rotten-hen-dung and ternary compound fertilizer than that with only dunging rotten-hen-dung, and was 6.4d longer than that with only dunging ternary compound fertilizer. The bottle life span of Rosa and Gerbera jamesonii were 2.4d and 3.2d longer with dripping irrigation than that with pouring irrigation. The autumn pruning and planting density had also had markedly effection on the fresh quality of Rosa.(2) Spraying fertilizer on leaf and spraying Ca (NO3)2 and ZnSO4 were all markedly prolonged the bottle life span of cut-flowers. Spraying 0.3% KH2PO4 and 300X photo-microfertilizer could prolong the bottle life span of Rosa 19.5% and 15.6% than spraying water. Before cutting 25d spraying 0.6% Ca(NO3)2 and 0.6% ZnSO4 could prolong the bottle life span of Rosa 2.57d and 2.7d than the control, and praying 0.4% Ca(NO3)2 and 0.4% ZnSO4 could prolong the bottle life span of Gerbera jamesonii 2.57d and 2.7d than the control. In greenhouse applying CO2 gas fertilizer could prolong the bottle life span of cut-flowers.(3) Using both orgaic manure and 3-element compound fertilizer, foliar nutrition (insufflating Ca(NO3)2 and ZnSO4 before harvest), and insufflating CO2 also can prolong cut-flower life..(4) It is easier to regulate environment factors in optimizing sunlight greenhouses than in common ones, and suitable regulating bounds of environment factors for Rosa chinensis and for Gerbera jamesonii are found. The bottle lifespan of cut flowers from optimizing sunlight greenhouses increases 4.4 days(Rosa chinensis) and 5.1 days (Gerbera jamesonii) comparing with those from common greenhouses.(5) Two recipes of fresh liquor for disposal beforehand and four recipes for bottle ikebana, which have merits of stabilization, without pollution, low costing, broad practicability and good fresh-keeping effect, are obtained by various experiments.0.5-1.OmmolL'1 STS + 3%Sugar + 200mg-I/1 8-HQ + 300mg-L"' Citric Acid + 40mg-L"1 Vc and 200mg-L"1 8-HQ + 3% Sugar + lSOmg-I/'Citric Acid for disposal beforehand of Rosa chinensis and Gerbera jamesonii;1.8% Sugar + 60mg-L"' 8-HQ + 440mg-L"' Citric Acid + lOOmg-L"1 A12(SO4)3 + SOmg-L"1 Vc and 1.8% Sugar + lOOmg-L"1 8-HQ + 280mg-L"'Citric Acid + 0.12% K2SO4 + 80mg-L"' Vc for bottle ikebana of Rosa chinensis;1.2% Sugar + 60mg-L"' 8-HQ + 200mg-L"1 Citric Acid + 60mg-L'' A12(SO4)3 + 200mg-L"' Vc and 1.2% Sugar + lOOmg-L"1 8-HQ + 200mg-L"' Citric Acid + 0.12% K2SO4 + 200mg-L"' Vc for bottle ikebana of Gerbera jamesonii.Using such recipes, bottle lifespan of Rosa chinensis and Gerbera jamesonii cut flowers can prolong 7 days and 8.7 days respectively.
