In the present work a research on the effect of the fungicides to select good effect,low toxin and low residues agrochemicals was studied. Bacillus subtitles Breeded by Ion Implantation to control the postharvest anthrancnose in Apple Fruits and Selecting the Low toxic of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides by breeding on Ion Implantation were conducted. Also the inhibition effect of trichoderma harzianum on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Effect of Bacillus subtitles in Combination With Fungicide on Biocontrol of Postharvest Anthrancnose in Apple Fruits were also studied.All this hoped to reach non-harmful control of postharvest anthracnonse of apple. 1.Effects of the single Fungicides to Control Postharvest Anthrancnose of Apple Caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Research about disease control almost concentrated on the effects of fungicide. However little research was conducted on mechanisms of the fungicide to postharvest anthrancnose of apple. This paper screened the effective single fungicides and their application techniques to control postharvest anthracnose of apple.Bioassay results showed that the eight fungicides could inhibit the growth of the hypha of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,but the concentration of inhibition and the way of effect were different.Effective concentration (EC50) of azoxystrobin, iprodione, mancozeb, kresoxim-methyl, nustar, propiconazole, carbendazim, kresoxim-methyl to inhibit the growth of hypha was 5.158, 2.135, 1806.984, 0.898, 0.236, 0.067, 10.075 μ g/mL, respectively.The difference among the eight fungicides to the percentage of conidial germination and the percentage of the inhibition of germ tube elongation were significant. Mancozeb and Propiconazole could not inhibit the conidial germination effectively, the conidial germination percentages were 99.3% and 98.2%. But the effect of the two fungicides inhibited germ elongation were the best ,the control effects were all 100% respectively. In a word ,the percentage of conidial germination and the inhibition percentage of germ tube elongation would descend while with increase of the concentration of fungicides. On the basis, apples were inoculated with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides by holing at 25℃indoors.Applied two ways of sprayer and soak to compare the control effect. The results showed that the difference between the control effect by spraying and soaking were significant.Compared to other fungicides,the control effects by using propiconazole and kresoxim-methyl were better.The control effect of propiconazole was 100%,but the control effect of carbendazim was very worse. 2.Effects of the mix-Fungicides to Control Postharvest Anthrancnose of Apple Caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides The control effects of mix-Fungicides (mancozeb+ carbendazim) on postharvest anthrancnose of apple caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were tested by rate of pot culture methods.The results showed that the effect of mancozeb+ carbendazim(9:1) was the best. EC50 and CTC of inhibiting hyphal growth were 1.768 μ g/mL,692.426 respectively. The control effect of mix-Fungicides on postharvest anthracnose of apple to show that the effect of mancozeb+ carbendazim(9:1) was the best, the control effect was 45.9%. 3.Effects of the Botancial Fungicides to Control Postharvest Anthrancnose of Apple Caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides The botanical fungicides such as lvye and the tar from the bamboo could inhibit the hypha growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. EC50 of inhibiting hyphal growth were 3.971μg/mL,159.851μg/mL respectively. The control effect of the botanical fungicides on postharvest anthracnose of apple were 26.5%,23.5% respectively. Applied two ways of sprayer and soak to compare the control effect.
