| Color-leafed plants, as a group of special ornamental plants, applied more and more extensively in landscape greening. Some mutation of the fruit tree, such as red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum, both are belongs to color-leafed plants .Photosynthesis directly influences the growth speed, and further affects the production period and merchandise quantity of the color-leafed plants. So it had important theoretical value and realistic significance. There were few studies on the photosynthesis and related physiological characers of this special leaf color plants. In this paper, with the green-leaf peach and green-leaf plum as control, we studied on the photosynthesis and related physiological characers of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum. We measured the diurnal variation of photosynthesis, photosynthetic characters, pigment content, and moreover, and studied the antioxidative enzyme system. The results showed that:1 The diurnal variation of photosynthesis in Red-leaf peach and Purple-leaf plum in different seasons(1) The diurnal variation of Pn in red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum and the green-leafed varieties was "two-peaks-type" ;(2) The diurnal variation of WUE, Gs and Trwas similar between color-leafed and opposite green-leafed varieties from spring to autumn; (3) The main eco-physiological factors affecting color-leafed and opposite green-leafed varieties Pn were same; (4) The causes of midday depression of photosynthesis of Red-leaf peach and Purple-leaf plum and opposite green-leafed varieties were different in different seasons; (5) The diurnal integral value of Pn in Red-leaf peach and Purple-leaf plum were lower than green-leafed varieties from spring to autumn, and the difference between it were gradually reduce.2 The photosynthetic characters of Red-leaf peach and Purple-leaf plum in different seasons(1) The Pn of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum was significantly lower than green-leaf peach and green-leaf plum in Spring and Summer, but no significantly differencein autumn, and the difference between two species was gradually reduced from spring to autumn; (2) The AQY and CE of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum were significantly lower than green-leaf peach and green-leaf plum in spring and summer. The AQY of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum was higher than opposite green-leafed varieties, and CE was similar between two varieties in autumn. ;(3) The LCP of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum was significantly higher than green-leafed varieties in spring and summer, but significantly lower than it in autumn. The LSP and CCP of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum were always higher or similar than green-leafed varieties; (4) the Rp of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum was significantly lower than opposite green-leafed varieties.3 The foliar pigment content and SLW of Red-leaf peach and Purple-leaf plum in different seasons(1) The content of chlorophyll of red-leaf peach was not significantly difference with green-leaf peach in spring and autumn, but lower than it in summer. The content of chlorophyll of purple-leaf plum was similar with green-leaf plum in spring, but higher than it in summer and autumn. (2) The content of Ant of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum was always significantly higher than green-leafed varieties;(3) The content of Car was not significantly difference between red-leaf peach and green-leaf peach, but the purple-leaf plum was significantly higher than green-leaf plum ;(4) The SLW of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum was always significantly lower than green-leafed varieties. 3 The antioxidative enzyme system of Red-leaf peach and Purple-leaf plum in different seasons(1) The content of MDA of red-leaf peach and purple-leaf plum was significantly higher than green-leaf peach and green-leaf plum (2) The activity of SOD in red-leaf peach was not significantly difference with green-leaf peach, but activities of CAT > APXn POD werelower than green-leaf peach; (3) The activity of SOD and CAT in purple-leaf plum waslower than green-leaf plum, but the activity of APX was sign... |
