The key techniques about the regulation of florescence of pot Cymbidiumhybridum production were studied in this paper. The results can be summaried as follows:1 The experiment with different cultivation managements patterns in winter showed with cultivation management that leaving new bud in Sep. and cultivating with the lower night temperature (treatment 1), the growth performance and flowering of Cymbidium hybridum was better than the cultivation management that leaving new bud in Dec. and cultivating with the higher night temperature (treatment 2) in winter.â‘ . For the C. Lunagrad 'Etrnal Green': The number of leaves with treatment 1 was 20% more than that of treatment 2; The average height of the flower arrows increased by5.3% compared with treatment 2, and the proportion of plants with more than three flower arrows was 93.33%, which with the treatment 2 was 80%. â‘¡. For the C. 'Dargu': The number of leaves and diameter of bulb with treament 1 was 22% and 24% more than that of treatment 2 respectively, and the average height of new bud was 13.3cm higher than that of treatment 2;The number of flower buds and average height of the flower arrows was 50% more and 5.7cm higher than that of treatment 2, the average number of florets per flower arrow was 24.567 and that of treatment 2 was 20.72.2 The experiment with different environment (June to September) indicated the environment of cool altitude (treatment 1) was more suitable for the flower bud differentiation and flowering of Cymbidium hybridum than the environment of the greenhouse (control 2).â‘ . For C. 'Dargu', the number of flower buds with treatment 1 was 3.33 and that of treatment 2 was 0.67, the florescence was 30d earlier than treatment 2 and the average height of the flower arrows was 18.2cm higher than that of treatment 2, the average number of florets per flower arrow was 12.67 and that of treatment 2 was 9. â‘¡. For C.Melode Fair 'Marilyn Monroe', the number of flower buds with treatment 1was 1.87 and that of the control 2 was 0.47 and the florescence of former waslOd earlier than that of latter.â‘¢. For C. 'Walu Idol', the average number of flowers per flower arrow with treatment 1 was 11.33 and that of treatment 2 was 8 and the florescence of former was 7d earlier than that of latter.3. For C. 'Walu Idol', the suitable concentration of GA3 was 500 and the better method was spray. The height of flower arrow with the treatment of GA3 (500 mg L-1) was 6.935cm higher than the control.
