Mordern biological technique is used to innovate study on high yield Glycine max(L.)Merr. germplasm resource.This research used three species different high yield character Glycine max(L.)Merr. as experiment material.They are "JiFeng --1''—ordinary high yield;"JiLin-47"—high protein;JiNong-12"—high fat.Paraffin slice and light microscope technique was used to have preliminary study on anatomical structure of their roots,petioles and laminas in tissue and cell level.The study is to search different high yield character Glycine max(L.)Merr. which is correlated with high yield character,and supplies correlative theory tofiltrate and cultivate high quality soybean germplasm resource. Results show that: 1 From the results of root: "JiFeng --1''displays much more high yield character ;the structure of JiLin-47 is correlated with high yield character of high protein; JiNong-12 is correlated with the character of high fat. 2 From the results of petiole: JiFeng –1 have much character of high yield and have the value to cultivation. 3 From the results of lamina: JiFeng –1 show much more high yield character;the structure of JiNong-12adapts to the character of high fat;the anatomical structure of JiLin-47 is correlated with the high yield of high protein . To evalvation good and bad of a species high yield character from structural evolvement point of view,it should find comprehensive effect of different high yield index . "JiFeng --1''show obvious advantages,and it has value of exploit utilization when germplasm resource is fitrated.
