The Technical Research Of Female Individual Asexual Propagation And The Establishment Of Propagation System Of Castor (Ricinus Communis) In Two Forms

Under the climate environment that good for the female individual perennial Castor(Ricinus communis) of Yunnan province, this paper aims at founding an effective female individual asexual propagation system of Castor through the upper-air layer-graft and tissue culture of seven female Castor varieties TCO-203 TCO-206, TC0-207 DO35, DO36, DO37 , DO38.The system is good for propagating the female line from a female individual, and avoiding searching for maintaince line. A series of experiments including the upper-air layer-graft of proper wattle, the investigation of rooting situation, the transplant-culturation survival rate and the nutrion growth and reproductive growth were undertaken. The experiment results indicated that annual shoot is the best choice for the upper-air layer-graft of Castor (Ricinus communis), and the disposition treatment of layer-graft in the l9~th April is noticeably different from in the 18~th March and the 17~th May. At the same time, it also indicates that it's the best experimental project to choose annual shoot under field cultivation during the middle and last ten-day of April as the period of upper-air layer-graft, while the tissue culture taking the phyllogen and axillary bud of Castor (Ricinus communis) as its explant. So, by the research of different phytohormones and concentration rates, it shows that the best concentration rates for different mediums are: Threshold medium 6-BA 0.5mg/L+IBA 0.01mg/L, Proliferation medium 6-BA 0.4 ~0. 5mg/L + IBA 0.03 mg/L, Rooting medium 1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L +sugar3%+ Agar0.7%.
