Potential suitable area of the pine wood nematodes disease, Bursaphelenchusxylophilus were described with quantification, according to its biologicalcharacteristics and relationship of its development and environment, five key factorswere chosen namely, year average temperature; July June and August averagetemperature; altitude; days above 25 ℃ and precipitation. Their subordinationfunctions were defined with math method of synthetic assessment on fuzzymathematics. Climatic data of 639 sites obtained from state weather administrationwere processed by program of QBasic 6.0 in order to get its subordination value, andcomprehensive suitable value of every site was calculated by creation of fuzzyjudgment matrix. Finally MapInfo 7.5 software was adopted for data collection,processing and analysis to make thematic map, five environmental types were gradedaccording to comprehensive suitable value. Pine wood nematode disease risk analysis was done in HUANGSHAN ofANHUI province. Adapted internationally universal procedure. Risk factor and weightwere determined by expert consultation, pine wood nematode index system was set inorder to analyze pine wood nematode disease risk value of HUANGSHAN, the resultshow that risk value is 3.4547. It is very dangerous to HUANGSHAN area. Pine wood samples were collected from different ecological condition ofZHEJIANG province, fungus of pine wood were preliminary isolated and identified,result shows that 184 fungus strains isolated belong to 11 genus, and pines whichcome from different areas exist different fungus flora. Three fungus strains of theseand Pestalotia sp. were inoculated with pine wood nematodes in order to regardfungus flora of different pines as a assessment factor of pine wood nematode riskanalysis.
