| Sheep and goat industry in Henan province has been rapidly developed in recent years, but at the same time some infections especially from parasites have brought a serious loss to sheep and goat farming. In the article 288 sheep and goats from Zhengzhou ,Xuchang and Xinxiang district were used to make the epidemiological investigation of coccidia and nematode infections and expellent trial against nematodes with Dachongjing (Albendazole), Avermectin drinking and Ivermectin injectiones.Faecal samples from 82 poll dorset sheep randomly selected from a farm in Zhengzhou district were examined to determine the prevalence of Coccidia infections in Henan province.The result showed that the average infection rate was 84.2%, The largest rate 100% and the lowest rate 24.57%, The average value of oocyst per gram (OPG) was 839.03, the most OPG 4200. 11 species of Eimeria Coccidia, including E. weybridyensis, E.bakuensis, E.parva, E.ovinodalis, E.gramulosa, E.crandllis, E.ahsata, E.faurei, E.gonzalezi, E.aemula and E.pallida, were detected with Miaspro photoshop analysis system. The predominant species were E.weybridyensis and E.bakuensis. Most of sheep were indected with 2 to 5 species.131 sheep and goats from Zhengzhou,Xuchang and Xinxiang districts were used to investigate parasite infectious and make an expellent trial .The result showed that coccidia and nematode infectious were common, respectively 81.5% and 96.7% in the infection rates. Twenty goats and twenty sheep were divided into fire groups, respectively given Ferbendazole 10,15 and 20 mg/kg.bw, while Avermectin 0.2 mg/kg.bw was served as control group. Eggs of nematodes were respectively examined before using medicine and on the seventh day after using medicine. Check everydayquantity of excreting eggs of worms in the faeces since the next day after using medicine. Stop checking when there were no eggs in the faeces. The result showed Fenbendazole 10 mg/kg.bw was best in expelling the nematodes.Different doses of Dachongjing were orally used to make an expellent trial in 15 pregnant goats infected naturally with nematodes, respectively with 5,10 and 15 mg/kg.bw, while Avermectin injectiones 0.2mg/kg.bw was served as control. Eggs of worms were respectively examined before using medicine and on the seventh day after using medicine. Check everyday quantity of excreting eggs in the faeces since the next day after using medicine. Stop checking when there were no eggs. The result showed that above antinematodal drugs were effective against lungworm, decreased rates in 100%,100%,100%,and 83.3%; trans-negative rates in 100%, 100%, 100%,and 66.7%. For other nematodes such as haemonchus contortus, decreased rates were 88.9%, 100%, 100% and 100%, trans-negative rates in 66.7%, 100%, 100% and 100%. And the nematodes in goats were expelled on the second day after using medicine, the summit on the third day, decreasing on the fourth day, disappearing on the sixth day .The above results revealed that Dachongjing 10 mg/kg.bw was safe and effective.60 sheep infected naturally with nematodes from a farm in Zhengzhou were randomly divided into 4 groups: (I)untreated sheep; (II )sheep treated orally with Albendazole 15mg/kg.bw; (III)sheep injected subcutaneously with Ivermectin 0.2mg/kg.bw; (IV)sheep treaded orally with Avermectin 0.2mg/kg.bw. The result reverled that Avermectin drinking and Ivermectin injectones were ideal drugs to expel the nematodes. |
