It is the first time to find that there are some fierce toxicity components to panonychus citri Mcgregor in the root of Stellera chamaejasme L.. The toxicity of the component which extracted from the root of Stellera chamaejasme L. by ethanol is 0.34 times to omethoate, while toxicity of other two Sohxlet extraction's components which are extracted by skellysolve B and Petroleum ether respectively are 12.8 times and 11.5 times. There is maybe some more powerful molecule in the root of Stellera chamaejasme L..So for this reason, there two kinds of work to do. On the one hand, the root can be extracted by ethanol and the component can be used for pesticide directly. On the other hand, we can study the powerful component and purified the powerful molecule. As soon as we find the pure molecule, we can use it for further study. The extrations of the root of Stellera chamaejasme L. are same to that of other plants. I have done some research in all kinds of the extrations, finally it found that the best method for the root of Stellera chamaejasme L.. In this method, dipping the root in ethanol, heating and stiring it, at last the ethanol-component is gotten. At the same time, the components which extracted by ethanol are extracted by Sohxlet extraction, in this Sohxlet extraction, skellysolve B (or Petroleum ether), methylene chloride and acetic ether are used step by step. Detecting the virulence to panonychus citri Mcgregor, it shows that the powerful molecules are mainly in the component which is extracted by skellysolve B or by Petroleum ether. Because of the purity of skellysolve B and the fierce toxicity of component extracted by it, thecomponent extracted by skellysolve B is used for chromatography. The poisonous molecules are purified by silica-column. Purified by big silica-column and by middle silica-column, two kings poisonous molecules are gotten. The polarity of these two kinds pure molecules is quite powerful in the component of skellysolve B. One of them is similar to the other in character and their Rf value are nearly the same. By the violet absorption value and the color of chemical reaction, it can be suspect that they belong to chromocor. Maybe my work is helpful to further study in this field.Due to the relation between the chromocor and the toxicity, spectrophotography can be used for detecting the proportion of chromocor in the component extracted by ethanol and in some Sohxlet components. This method is based on the change of chromocor's color in a special chemical reaction. By this method, on the one hand, we can study the relation between the proportion of chromocor in the component and the toxicity. On the other hand, we can establish a reference of the chromocor 's proportion in all kinds of the components.Based on the toxicity of the component extracted by ethanol or by Petroleum ether, I try to use these two components for pesticide respectively. In the study, it find that the component extracted by ethanol is reasonable for pesticide. By virulence in room and by cotoxicity coefficient, it find that the best emulgator which is quite well for pesticide. This emulgator can enhance the virulence of the components of Stellera chamaejasme L..In my research, the last work is to prove the security of the components of Stellera chamaejasme L.. For this purpose, some researchs are done in acute-toxicity and heredity- toxicity. The LD50 of the component extracted by ethanol is about 5000mg/kg to mouse. The component extracted by ethanol is safe to skin and eye through the experiment of Rabbit. The white cell of bone marrow and the sperm of mouse are negative in the experiment. So it can be concluded that the component extracted by ethanol is safe to mammal and it can be used as pesticide safely. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Stellera chamaejasme L., extraction, Sohxlet extraction, chromatography, spectrophotography, chromocor, panonychus citri Mcgregor, cotoxicity coefficient, acute toxicity, experiment of micronuclei | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
