The experiment was conducted from 2003 to 2005 in the orchard andhormone laboratory,College of Horticulture,Shandong AgriculturalUniversity.Annual apple seedlings of M.hupehensis Rehd,3-year-old trees ofM.hupehensis Rehd and 3-year-old trees of M.domestica Borkh var.Red Fujiwere used as materials .6 elicitors were selected among some plant growthregulators, signal reagents and other chemical reagents, which could induceapple desease resistance to Marssonina coronaria(Ell.et Daris)Daris, and theireffection to apple resistance system was evaluated. The effection of theircompounding treatment were also researched. Moreover, the role of Ca-message system in the inducement of apple system resistance and theeffection of these elicitors to plant UWL were studied .The main results wereas follows:1. C-elicitor,S-elicitor,β-elicitor,J-elicitor,SA and JA could inducethe desease resistance to Marssonina coronaria(Ell.et Daris)Daris.Theseelicitors showed better effection than others. And for 3-year-old trees ofM.hupehensis Rehd, the inducement effects of C-elicitor,S-elicitor were thebest and followed byβ-elicitor,J-elicitor,SA and JA. In addition, IAA(1000mg/L),6-BA(1000,750 mg/L)also had finer inducement effects.2. C-elicitor,S-elicitor,β-elicitor,J-elicitor,SA and JA had remarkableas well as systemic inducement function on the activity of resistance enzymesin leaves(POD,SOD,PAL,PPO,CAT).Moreover, C-elicitor could inducethe increase of soluble hydroxybenzene and proline content;the inducement ofβ-elicitor on the activity of resistance enzymes could maintain more than 11days;as the midst signal, the burst of active oxygen species maybe exerted...
