Six corn inbred lines and four corn hybrids widely used in production in Heze were selected out to study the effect of holographic seeds and its developing characters. The results were as follow:The effect of increasing production:The middle-ear seeds used hologram could raise production more significantly than mixed-ear seeds by 10.0%, than up-ear seeds by 15.4%, than basal-ear seeds by 5.0%. The result with hybrids Nongda108 indicated that: The difference was very significant between them. The order of increasing production was middle-ear seeds, basal-ear seeds, mixed-ear seeds, and up-ear seeds. The ear rows and ear grains and 1000-grain weight had important rules in increasing production. There was the same regulation as Nongda108 among Ludan981, HuangC, Zheng58, etc, but the range of increasing production was different in different materials.1.Partly characters of development and growth:Middle-ear seeds of Nongda108 emerged high germination rate and germination speed. Middle-ear seeds of six materials improved the index of leave and the number of air-root, of which the order was the middle-ear seeds, basal-ear seeds, mixed-ear seeds, and up-ear seeds. The results above indicated the middle-ear seeds had strong vigor.2.The production with hybrid produced by holographic method was higher than routine hybrids. The middle-ear seeds of the hybrid produced by holographic method could improve production significantly than the other part seeds and routine hybrids. The production of the up-ear seeds was similar with the mixed-ear seeds of routine hybrids.3.According to the results, three process programs were set up. (1) Program Ⅰ : routine hybrids→collected middle-ear seeds→processing and coating → packing. (2) program Ⅱ : middle-ear seeds of inbred lines →producing hybrid seeds-rnixed threshing-*processing and coating-*packing. (3) program III: middle-ear seeds of inbred lines-*producing hybrid seeds-* collected middle-ear seeds-^processing and coating-*packing->-super-strong holographic seeds.
