It is a demanding promptly solution important problem to improve nitrogen utilization efficiency in rice for high-quality, high-efficient , ecology , safe crop produce. This experiment was designed on 4 application nitrogen fertilizer lever, N0(0 kilograms of pure nitrogen / hectare), low-level N1 (50 kilograms of pure nitrogen / hectare ), middle-level N2 (150 kilograms of pure nitrogen / hectare), high-level N3 (250 kilograms of pure nitrogen / hectare) , as the material with six genotype of rice which representative difference assortment of N utilization efficiency, was studied affection of amount of application N-fertilizer on N utilization efficiency and difference of N utilization efficiency in different genotypic rice . the result of study shows : 1. Increasing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, can improve the nitrogen holding rate of every organ of different genotypic rice ; But improving the degree of the nitrogen holding rate is different for stem , leaf and tassel. the nitrogen holding rate among the different genotypic is obvious. When not applying N- fertilizer , the nitrogen holding rate of japonic rice is lower than that of indica rice .but increasing nitrogen fertilizer , that become relatively light. Increasing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer,, can improve the amount of absorption nitrogen. the amount of absorption nitrogen of Japonica rice is little than that of indica type rice, increasing applying nitrogen fertilizer, increasing range of the amount of absorption nitrogen of Japonica rice is more that of indica rice. 2.Increasing the amount of applying N- fertilizer, the impact on every index of nitrogen utilization efficiency of genotypic rice is different. for the different genotypic rice. When not applying N- fertilizer ,nitrogen dry matter production efficiency(NDMPE), nitrogen harvest index(NHI), nitrogen grain production efficiency(NGPE) is higher than that of other applying N- fertilizer lever for Anduodao at low nitrogen lever (N1, 50kg pure nitrogen / hm2) period later stage. And it showed as a course of rising with the increasing of applying N-fertilizer, every index of the nitrogen utilization efficiency decreased with continue increasing of applying N-fertilizer .but other genotypic rice display higher NDPE,NHI,NGPE usually while not applying fertilizer , with the increasing of applying nitrogen fertilizer, every index of the nitrogen utilization efficiency drops . 3.With increasing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, NDMPE drop except Anduodao , nitrogen dry matter production efficiency(NDMPE)of Japonica rice is greater than that of indica rice genotypic usually at later stage. Among indica rice genotypic, NDMPE of hybrid rice is higher than that of routine rice at mature period. and the difference of NDMPE among routine rice is not obvious 4.With increasing the amount of applying nitrogen fertilizer, nitrogen harvest index except Anduodao droped , Increasing the amount of applying nitrogen fertilizer influences the range to be relatively large to the nitrogen harvest index of variety of japonica rice。difference is remarkably obvious among genotypic. the nitrogen harvest index of hybrid indica rice is higher than that of usual rice 5. With increasing the amount of applying nitrogen fertilizer, NGPE except Anduodao droped ,the decrease range of NGPE is different for every genotypic. the decreasing range of japonica rice is higher than that of indica rice, and applying High-level nitrogen fertilizer can cause it to drop large for every genotypic .The difference of NGPE is remarkable among genotypic. NGPE of hybrid rice is higher than that of japonica rice and routine rice 6. the amount of applying nitrogen fertilizer influence differently the yield of every genotypic for different genotypic .Xieyou9019 yield is the most higher when not applying fertilizer, and its yield drops corresponding with the increasing of applying nitrogen fertilizer,It is able to bear low-lever nitrogen fertilizer and can output high-yield. yield of other genotypic present the parabola type with t...
