Abstract/Summary:
The explosive growth in biotechnology combined with major advances in information technology has the potential to radically transform immunology in the postgenomics era. Not only do we now have ready access to vast quantities of existing data, but also new data with relevance to immunology are being accumulated at an exponential rate. So the ability to efficiently extract and analyze information from these databases is vital for efficient immunology research. AIM: To develop software which have independence intellectual property rights and construct an antibody sequence analysis system by using accessible antibody related bioinformation resource. And then analyze remedial antibodies by using this system to provide reliable information for further antibody reconstruction, thereby try to alter traditional Lab research pattern. From that way we may improve research efficiency and enhance the application of antibody related drugs. METHODS: A friendly user interface that has good performance and unified style was designed. Then accessible utilization tools and process programs were integrated and a function consummate biology application system was constructed.
