The inoculation source distributed extensively in Anhui, virus distributed to about have total 87%, and virus rate was higher.2,The sorts of tobacco virus disease were investigated in Anhui main tobacco area. The results showed that examined rate is 71.15% in 2001 and 82.26% in 2002, the sorts of the tobacco virus disease includingPVY,CMV,TMV,TEV,TRSV,PVX.The tobacco may be infected by PVY and CMV coinstantaneous.Tobacco virus disease aphid-transmitted virus was the most main Tobacco virus disease, have 87.21% of the total examined rate, PVY and CMV were the most aphid-transmitted virus.3, Experiment and demonstration of the tobacco virus disease prevention method including tent and film of tiny bore, and integrative prevention. The effectual method that prevent the tobacco aphid-transmitted virus was found ,most of tobacco aphid-transmitted virus can be controlled by tent and film of tiny bore. The output and quality of tobacco leaf attained productive need, compared with general prevention area, the effect of prevention was better in the area of experimentation, the output and quality was also better. By the tent, the output added to 451.69kg/ hm2, production value added to4455.98iL/hm2 ;By the film of tiny bore , output added to497.75kg/hm2 ,production value added to5207.60RMB/hm2 .Ducted from the cost 200-500RMB/hm2 , net income was 4200-4700RMB/hm2 , the lowest was also 4000RMB/hm2 , account on5000hm2 , the tobacco farmers can add to $ 2000 ,0000,the economic performance and social performance were all obviously especially.4,By cooperation with other units, 3% Imidacloprid GR of was empoldered,and contrast with the other chemical, the results showed that its period of validity attained 40 days, the effect of prevention attained 96.35%, it was farther high than aldicarb GR, will become the new useful chemical.5, Harpin of the new-style chemical was tested and research, the results showed that Harpin can promote the tobacco growth, make the tobacco sculpt more reasonable, the anti-disease anti- collapse,and can increase the anti- virus. From Harpin the growth of the tobacco,produce and the quantity etc. with 30μg/ml, output increase range amounts to 8.20%, production value increase range is about 23.21%.
