Vitamin is a kind of important and useful feed additives. Vitamins are micro nutritive matter that can keep essential metabolic functions and growth. However, Vitamins' loss is serious during the manufacture of compound feeds. How to reduce the loss of vitamins during the manufacture of compound feeds was what the article would study.Firstly, the article investigated the rules that the manufacturing processes of compound feeds influenced vitamins taking vitamin c as an example. Through integrated analysis, I made sure that the better parameters were as follows, steam pressure: 0.35MPa~0.4MPa, conditioning temperature: 60℃~65℃.In order to reduce vitamins' loss during the manufacture of compound feeds, the article discussed vitamins' protection technologies. In addition, the article carried out experiments on vacuum infusion technology. The uniformity of coating experiments indicated that vacuum infusion technology could gain the better uniformity between pellets. The orthogonal experiment of mixing time, spraying pressure and diameter of pellet showed that the mixing time is the primary factor which influenced the uniformity of coating. The optimum parameters of the uniformity of coating were as follows, the mixing time: 6 minutes, the diameter of pellet: F 2cm, the spraying pressure: 0.4MPa. The rate of vitamin C active resolve experiment indicated that the rate of active resolve increased greatly by liquid coating. The homogeneity between the inner portion and outer portion of pellet experiment indicated that the higher vacuum degree could gain the better homogeneity. The orthogonal experiment of diameter of pellet, the amounts of liquid added and the vacuum equalizing time showed that the diameter of pellet and the amounts of liquid added were the primary factors which influenced the homogeneity between the inner portion and outer portion of pellet. Through integrated analysis, I made sure that the optimum parameters of the homogeneity between the inner portion and outer portion of pellet were as follows, the diameter of pellet: F 2cm, the amounts of liquid added: 4%, the vacuum equalizing time: 160 seconds. |
