Using six varieties of raspberry and two species of blackberry as materials, Thispaper systemic study on the drought-resistant of each variety from anatomical structure ofleaves and the growth ,water status, photosynthesis and protection enzyme systemanti-oxidation etc. under water stress. And judged the drought resistance ability of differentvariety. This paper also studied the law of blossom and fruit at local place and got it . Themain result were as follow : 1.There is some character of the drought resistance from the anatomical structure ofdifferent leaves. The whole thickness of leaves vary from 72 to 133.2 um. epidermis cell oftwo sides is monolayer on the transect . Its volume is little and arranged tightness. It also beencoved with cuticle. The thickness of upside epidermis r vary from 11 to 24.75 um and theother side of it vary from 7.5 to 16.5 um. The stomata and epidermis mildew distribute atdownside of leaves mostly. The epidermis mildew is slender and curl. It may not so regulationsometimes. There is flourishing which thickness of palisade tissue vary from 36 to 67.9 um ,There is some leprose crystal in leaves especially in palisade tissue . Costate conducting tissueappearance radicalized clearly and phloem outside ,There are two part in Summit`sconducting tissue. 2,Under drought stress : all of six species had some extent of osmotic adjustment andturgor maintenance abilities. Black buttee, 俄国红, Willamette and Boysen could adjustosmosis by improving the proportion of bound water to some extent. Tulameen and Summitcould maintain turgor by improving elasticity cell wall. Willamette, Boysen, 俄国红andTulameen could adapt drought stress by improving the ability of tolerating dehydrationthrough increase osmotic material such as pro . The change of pro. is a important index forcomparative of drought resistance of raspberryand blackberry . 3,With coerce degree aggravate, six different varieties rasberry and blackberryelectrolyte leakage increase gradually, Content of MDA raise gradually, The range isdifferent between the varieties. If they deal with drought-resistant for some time, differentvariety rasberry and blackberry, SOD, The activation of SOD and POD decrease obviously,Two speciesof blackberry drop more obviously than the rasberry. 4,The changes of Net photosynthetic rate,Transpiration,Stomatal conductance,Waterutilization efficiency in one day of different varieties under full water condition appearsdisciplinarian obviously . Net photosynthetic rate of 俄国红, Summit,Black buttee , Boysenappears single apex , they haven't noon break .But Tulameen ,Willamette appears noon breakat about 12 o'clock . The changes in one day of the Net photosynthetic rate of differentvarieties dealed with different water condition appears the same disciplinarian as them underfull water condition, But the range is decreased. The Net photosynthetic rate, transpiration,Stomatal conductance, Water utilization efficiency reduced obvious with the development ofwater stress. But the rate of decreasing of Net photosynthetic rate, Transpiration, Stomatalconductance, Water utilization efficiency is different under water stress in six varieties ofraspberryand blackberry. 5,The order of the water adaptability of six varieties was as follow : Tulameen>Summit> Willamette>俄国红>Boysen>Black buttee. The order of the drought-resistanceproductivity of six varieties was as follow : Summit> 俄 国 红 > Black buttee >Boysen>Willamette > Tulameen. Considered the water adaptability and drought-resistanceproductivity of raspberryand blackberry, We can got the order of the drought resistance of sixvarieties as follow: Summit>俄国红 >Willamette>Tulameen> Boysen>Black buttee. 6,It took 15-20 days from bud appearing(0.2) to blossom of summit ,Tulameen ,Willamette .
