This paper concerns about a study on micro-propagation of Euonymus japonicus. CV.Cu zhi, in which lateral buds are used as explants, MS, B5 and McCown & Lioy are used as basic culture medium, some plant hormones such as BA, KT, IBA, NAA in different concentration and proportion are used to adjust the growth and differentiation of explants. The clones, what achieved by bulk micro-propagating, rooting and training, survive well after transplanting. In this study, the optimal proportion of culture medium and producing procedure for micro-propagation of Euonymus japonicus are provided. Besides, the culture medium and propagating process for this species are simplified in order to decrease the cost, which has great meaning to seedling production by industrialization. The optimal proportion of culture medium for micro-propagation of Euonymus japonicus:Expiant medium MS+BA (KT)l.0mg/L+NAA (KT) 0.1 mg/L,Bulk micro-propagation enplant mediumMS+BA ( KT ) l.Omg/L+NAA ( KT ) 0.3 mg/L,Rooting enplant medium1/2MS+BA (KT) 0.1mg/L+NAA (KT) 1.0mg/L.
