Picea Koraiensis Nakai,naturally distributed in the river valley of east Daxinganling.Xiaoxinganling and Changbai Mountain forest area,is the main species of forest area.Since from 1950s,Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation has high survival rate,good storage characteristics at the suitable locality because of its ecological and biological features such as water resistance,cold resistance and barren resistance.In recent years,Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation has been created and developed in Heilongjiang provincejilin province began creating Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation from 1955,especially in recent years reforestation rate has increased year by year.The total area of mature Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation has surpassed that reforestation species in Northeast forest area.Nowadays the total area of mature Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation is more than 3,000,000 acres distributed in any site conditions.More than 20 years old forest trees constitute the minority,those bred by tending and managing grow well .The ourput of 24-year-old Picea Koraiensis Nakai can reach 10.62mJ per hectare in successive years in proper locality conditions,reaching and even beyond the standard ov the same age larch faot-growing and high-yielding plantation.So,the urgent solving problems of current forest production are creating and developing Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation,cultivating high quality timber plantation,studying the growing structure and productive forces mechanism of Picea Koraiensis Nakai,drafting reasonable managing measures,intensive management and improving productive forces of forest tree and providing more commercial timbers for production and daily life .This research program proposes a series of results of Picea Koraiensis Nakai such as divisions of production area,growing and structure rules and quantitative management of forest tree density by studying the trowing condition of plantation at any locality in Northeast forest areas.It is of momentous significance to speed up breeding reserve forest resources,prodece good timbers and solve forest resourcd crisis of our country.This research program is going to analyze and evaluate the climate factor,locality factor and managing influence to the productive forces of Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation,summarize the regional difference of the productive forces of Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation of Northeastforest area,reasonably manage the density of Picea Koraiensis Nakai by using modern ecological theory,orientate observing and computer mathematical model methods.It provides scientific base for developing woodland production potential,adjust and design the distribution and structure of Picea Koraiensis Nakai plantation,builkd fast-growing and high-yielding plantation base,shorten cultivation period and work out developing program of forest area.
