| The effects of uniconazole applied to seed with different concentrations (0, 20, 40, 60mg/kg), which was under different nitrogen levels (0, 90, 180, 270mg/hm2),on the accumulation of dry substances, the carbon and nitrogen metabolism of flag-leaves and seeds, the content of nucleic acid, the activity of GOT and GPT, the quality and yield of wheat were studied after blossom by using wheat variety-Chuan mai 36. The principal results were as follows:1 .After uniconazole treatments, the height of plants was significantly lowered and the accumulation of total dry substances of on-ground part of wheat were dropped; nitrogenous fertilizer can increase the accumulation quantity of wheat dried substances on-ground, which to some extent offset the reduction of dried substances caused by uniconazole treatments. Uniconazole improved the assignment of dried substances in different organs, promoted the export of dried substances in leaves and stem stalk , enhanced the ratio of leaves and ear.2.After uniconazole treatments, the nitrogen content in flag-leaves was raised, especially later stage of seed's being, thus prolonged the senescence of flag-leaves and improved the export quantity of soluble sugar in leaves, which was beneficiary to seed grain starch accumulation.3.Uniconazole treatments influenced the non-protein nitrogen in seeds, thereby influenced the synthesis of protein nitrogen and then influenced the final content of seed protein. The non-protein nitrogen content was higher than checks at the level of no-nitrogen and low-nitrogen, concrete show was 40mg/kg>60mg/kg>20mg/kg>0mg/kg; at moderate-nitrogen.and.high-nitrogen.level, the show was 20mg/kg>0mg/kg>40mg/kg>60 mg/kg.4. After uniconazole treatments, the content of DNA and RNA was increased, protein nitrogen and protein in seeds were consistent with the content of DNA and RNA. During the course of seed development, The content of DNA from 10-day to 15-day and RNA from 30-day to 35-day showed direct relations to the quality index of wheat. So uniconazole can regulate the content of DNA and RNA in seeds thus change protein content and improve seed quality.5.The active of GOT was higher than that of check after uniconazole treatments. Theshow were 40mg/kg>60mg/kg>20mg/kg at the no-nitrogen and low-nitrogen levels; the show were 20mg/kg>40mg/kg>60mg/kg at the moderate-nitrogen and high-nitrogen levels. Uniconazole mainly influenced the active of GPT after 25-day of anthesis, which was consistent with the uniconazole effects of GOT the active of GOT and GPT in seeds showed direct relation to the quality of wheat. Thus uniconazole can improve the active of GOT in the whole course and the active of GPT in later stage of seed's being, then improve seed quality.6.Uniconazole can improve protein content and protein output at the levels of no-nitrogen and low-nitrogen, at moderate-nitrogen and high nitrogen levels the effect of 40mg/kg was the best; the effect of 20mg/kg can improve protein content, and the uniconazole concentration lower than 40mg/kg can improve protein output at moderate-nitrogen and high nitrogen levels.7.The uniconazole concentration lower than 40mg/kg can increased moist gluten content, sedimentation volume,ratio of absorbed water, dough developing time and dough stability time, and then improved wheat quality and process quality of flour.8.Uniconazole treatments can improve wheat yield, the best concentrations were different under different nitrogenous fertilizer levels. The yield was the highest with the concentration of 60mg/kg at the levels of no-nitrogen, low-nitrogen and moderate-nitrogen; the concentration of 40mg/kg was the highest at high nitrogen level. The yield improved with the quantity of spike-seed significantly increased. |
