Sixty mice aged fifty days were randomly divided into six groups (A, B , C , D , E , F) with each group involved 10 replicates.Group A-E were regarded as experimental group, and were fed on the experimental diets containing Jilinxiaoli6, Jilin30, Jilin45, Jinong7 and Feijiao7607, respectively. Control group F was fed on the controlled diet containing soybean meal and oil. The effect of growth and metabolism on the mice were studied by the feeding trial, digesting experiment. The whole experiment was divided into pre-experimental period and experimental period. During pre-experimental period, which lasted one week, the main purpose was to let the mice adapt the environment and to find out the appetite of them in order to raise them on limited diets. Experimental period began from the second week, collecting excrement and urine every day until nine days . Five kinds of methods were adopted in this experiment, namely, the Smith modified law , Kakade law , Smith law , Hamerstrand law and Liu method to examine soybean trypsin inhibitor activity, and lectin result price method was adopted to examine the content of lectin in soybeans. The result of the activity of soybean trypsin inhibitor factors showed that the activity by different methods were different. For example, that of Jilin Xiaoli 6 was 25.13mg/g by Smith modified method, 19.335mg/g by Kakade, 24.065mg/g by Smith, 18.34mg/g by Hamerstrand, 32.79mg/g by Liu. Therefore, the result of the activity of trypsin inhibitor with Pig trypsin is higher than that with bovine trypsin. The results from Liu were higher than others, but there was not significant difference among them. In addition, the results from Smith modified method and Kakade were the same, so was that from Smith and Hamerstrand except the order of Jilin Xiaoli 6 and Jinong 7.The results of Liu were different from those of the other four methods, and higher than that of the other four methods. The result of content of lectin showed the order was JilinXiaoli6(640units/g), Jinong7(250units/g),fengjiao7607(l 90units/g),Jilin45(l 80units/g), Jilin30(l 50units/g).The result of the digesting experiment indicated, digestion rate of dry materials, crude protein and non-nitrogen extrat of group F were the highest, digestion rate of dry material, crude protein in group C were the lowest, so was that of non-nitrogen exact in group D. The result of digestion of dry materials showed, difference among the groups were not significant(P>0.05), but different among A, C, D were significant (P < 0.05) and their result were lower than F. The result of digestion of CP showed, the difference between B and C was significant (P < 0.05 ) and their result were lower than D,E. The result of digestion of Non-nitrogen extract showed, differences among A,B,C,E, among B,C,D,E, among A,F were not significant (P>0.05). But difference between A and D was significant (P < 0.05) , so was between D and F. The result of digestion of CF showed that group D was the highest, contrary to group F, but difference among groupswas not significant (P>0.05),but significant between experimental groups and contrast group. The result of digestion of CA showed, among A, B , E , F, among B , C , E , F, among D , F, the difference was not significant (P>0.05).The result of digestion of CF showed, difference between test group and contrast group was not significant (P> 0.05), and group B was the highest, yet C was the lowest. The results of relevant analysis between the digestion rate of the diets and the activity of soybean trypsin and lectin indicated that negative correlation were showed between the digestion rate of DM,CP,NFE and the activity of soybean trypsin and lectin , and the rate of DM and CP digestion showed significantly negative correlation compared to Liu method (P < 0.05 ) , and the coefficient correlation is respectively -0.869 sum -0.864. The digestion rate of CF was significant (P < 0.05) or extremely significant (P < 0.01) positive correlation with the activity of the trypsin, and positive correlation with the content of lectin,...
