700Wannan three yellow broilers, 1 day old, divided into seven groups with four repeats were fed with corn-soybean diet in six-week experiment conducted in two stages. CUSO4 and Cupro. were external copper resources. According to different copper level in the diet ,the seven groups were Cuso4 0 (groupl), Cuso410mg/kg(group2), Cuso460mg/kg(group3), Cuso4120mg/kg (group4),Cuprol0mg/kg(group5),Cupro20mg/kg+Cuso440mg/kg(group6),Cupro40mg/kg+ Cuso480mgAg(group7).The result showed ,compared with CK, in early stage ,ADG of six treatments increased 3.34%.9.72%(P<0.05),4.31%, 8.75%(P<0.05), 13.61 %(P<0.05), 7.41 %(P<0.05); F/G decreased 1.12%, 5.59%(P<0.05), 1.12%, 3.35%, 7.82%(P<0.05). 2.23%;ADG of group 3 , 4 inorganic Cu was higher 6.17%(P<0.05). 0.94% than group2 ,And F/G decreased 4.52%, 0%.ADG of group 6. 7(composite organic Cu) increased 4.47%, -1.23 % than group5, F/G decreased 4.62% . -1.16%.In late stage, ADG of six treatments increased 2.62%, 4.48%, 6.04%(P<0.05), 3.08%, 6.58%(P<0.05), 6.96%(P<0.05), F/G decreased 1.32%, 3.94%, 5.7%(P<0.05) , 3.50%, 5.26%(P<0.05), 6.58%(P<0.05).ADG of group3, 4 (inorganic Cu) was higher 1.81%. 3.34% and F/G decreased 2.67%, 4.44%,ADG of group6, 7 (composite organic Cu) increased 3.4%, 3.77% than group5 ,F/G decreasedl .82%. 3.18%.From whole stage, ADG of six treatments increased 2.84% 6.13%(P<0.05) , 5.42%(P<0.05). 4.82%. 8.74%(P<0.05), 7.10%(P<0.05), F/G decreased 1.41%. 4.23%. 4.69 %, 3.76% , 6.57%(P<0.05), 5.63%(P<0.05); ADG of group 3,4(inorganic Cu) was higher 3.20%. 2.62% than group 2 and F/G decreased 2.86%. 3.33%: ADG of group 6, 7 (composite organic Cu) increased 3.74%. 2.17%than group5 ,F/G decreased 2.92%, 1.95% The study showed , adding Cu in diet had a definite effect on broiler's growing(P<0.05), Compared with CK, in high Cu group (60-120mg/kg), its ADG and F/G had a significant difference (P<0.05),And the rest all had not a significant difference ,only organic groups were better than inorganic groups, especially ADG and F/G of group 6 was superior to others .With higher Cu level, compared with CK ,Cu content of liver increased 1.66%, 3.23% 3.83%, 1.15%, 3.0%, 3.70% ,but had not a significant difference(P>0.05). and percentage of Cu content in excrement was 141.34%, 408.86%, 829.32%, 142.68%, 409.61%, 827.85% had a significant difference(P<0.01)Different Cu level had a significant effect on Cu content and weigh of immune organ. Compared with CK, the groups (120mg/kg) was more obvious. (P<0.05)on Cu content of immune organ(P<0.05).and compared with 10mg/kg groups, Cu content of spleen had a significant difference(P<0.05),the rest all had not a significant difference(P>.05); weigh of immune organ in 10mg/kg group had a significant difference compared with CK(P<0.05),Weight of immune in 120mg/kg group was lower than that of 10 mg/kg group(P<0.05),the rest all had not a significant difference(P>.05).there were no significant difference on Cu content and weigh of immune organ between organic groups and inorganic groups, but organic groups were better than inorganic groups. Different copper resources and level had not a significant effect on survival rate of broilers(P>0.05).The results showed, adding composite organic copper in diet (group6)improved broiler's productivity property obviously(P<0.05)Zheng xue-bingDirected by prof.
