| The Inner Mongolia White Cashmere Goat is a kind of good domestic animal, large quantity of data on the molecular level can be acquired by EST sequencing, and these data also provided the gene information of white cashmere Goat and gave the base of researching the correlative genes of growth.In this study,15 HGT cDNA sequences were submitted to the international public database (GenBank) which were chosen from the cDNA library of the Inner Mongolia white cashmere goat during anagen with skin as study material. Among them we find 6 members in KRTAP 6, 1 members in KRTAP7, 2 members in KRTAP8 and 6 members of KRTAP16.Compared the amino acids sequence of HGT of different species, the results showed that the HGT amino acids sequence of goat had many conservative or identical domain with Human, Mouse and Sheep. Analyzing its Motif discovers that goat HGT have many N-myristoylation site.The secondary structure of HGT was predicted, the result indicated irregular long chain had a large proportion in the HGT secondary structure of goat and other species, there were a small quantity of β- extended structures and α- helix were almost not found. |
