Normal method was used to determine muscles nutrient component of Russia sturgeon (Acipenser guldenstadti),stertlet(Acipenser ruthenus),Chinese sturgeon(Acipenserr sinensis), Amur sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii),kaluga sturgeon (Huso dauricus) and cross sturgeon(H.dauricus ×A.schrincki).The result was that protein content of muscles was 16.68%-21.72%, fat content of muscles was 1.00%-5.20%, ash content of muscles was 1.10%-1.19%, water content of muscles was 71.50%-80.60%, and there were 18 kinds amino aceds, 10 of it was human body essential amino acid and was 7.99%-11.10%,it accounted for 50.38%-51.68% of all amino acid. The fatty acid had 14 species. They wereC14:0, C15:1,C16:1,C16:0,C17:0,C18:2,C18:1,C18:0,C20:5.Five artifical feeds and water earthworm was used in the study. The five artifical feeds had different protein contents,they were 44.85%, 39.46%, 38.23%, 37.09%, 35.16%. The water earthworm's protein was 8.92%. The average body weight of young amur sturgeon was 2.79g. The test lasted for 35d. The final body weight of every young fish in six group were 7.67g, 9.15g, 8.47g, 8.37g, 6.38g and 4.81g respectively.The feed coefficients were 0.94, 0.78, 0.84, 0.94, 1.18 and 3.14. The result was feed with 40% protein is best for the growth of young amur sturgeon.Four different grade fat feeds was made.The fat levels in feed were 6.5%, 8.3%, 11% and 13.4%. The four kinds feeds had different animal fat.They were 0, 0.9%, 2.3% and 3.5%. The average body weight of young amur sturgeon was 10.90g. The test lasted for 35d. The result of the test was the average body weight in four group increase 29.17g, 31.69g, 31.63g and 29.25g.The feed coefficient of four group were 1.39, 1.28, 1.28 and 1.36. The result of test was the feed with 8.3%~ 11% fat is best to young amur sturgeon and the animal fat had temptation to draw fish to eat.Different methods was used to acclimatizate young amur sturgeon. The four methods called water earthworm method, direct feed feeding method, alterative feed feeding method and alterative-gradually feed feeding method. The first method was contrast. The result of test was the survival rate of four methods are 87.1%, 41.2%, 47.9%, 72.1%. The conclusion of the test was the acclimatization method affects the survival rate of young amur sturgeon,the best acclimatization method was alterative-gradually feeding method.The fifth test was to determine the activity of protease, amylase and lipase in stomach of Amur sturgeon in different pH and different temperature. The result was when pH is at 2.2-7.8, the activity of protease descend as the pH rise, the activity of amylase and lipase had a little only when pH is over 7.0. When temperature under 20-40, the activity of protease rised followed temperature, the activity of amylase was Highest on 35, the activity of lipase was highest at 25.Different flavomycin levels were added in feeds and two trials were carried out. The first trial lasted for 40d, the second trial lasred for 52d. The condition of test was the flow rate rrent was 20L/min-30L/min, the area of pool was 3.5m2, the depth of water was 0.5m, The flavomycin grade in feed were 0mg/kg,5mg/kg,10mg/kg,20mg/kg,40mg/kg,80mg/kg in the first,and 0mg/kg,5mg/kg,10mg/kg,15mg/kg,20mg/kg in the second.The average body weight of four kinds sturgeon were : Siberia sturgeon was 102g; Russia sturgeon was 72g; cross sturgeon was 96g; stertlet was 84g.The result was when flavomycin adding level at 5mg/kg-10mg/kg, the growth of four species sturgeon rose 8.01%-31.03% than that of contrast, and feed coefficient descend 7.22%-19.33%.Master CandidaterMa GuojunSupervisonProf.Han YouwenMajonAnimal Nutrition...
