When the 3SY-140 Sugarcane Leaf Shattering working in the field, the machine vibrates seriously, and the dynamic loads on the bearings of the dynamic cutter shaft is great, which makes the bearings be destructed when it works in bad conditions. In this point, some measures should be taken to reduce the vibration and the dynamic loads on the bearings in order to improve resistance of the machine.In this dissertation, working parameters that affect ratio of leaf shattered and ratio of collection were studied by making field experiments, and optimum combination was obtained. Vibration mechanism of the machine was studied and vibration sources were found out by theoretic analysis, building virtual prototype, simulating experiments and physical experiments. Base on the optimum combination of working parameters, reasons of the bearing destructed of the machine was studied in point of the whole machine by simulating experiments, in the same time some effective measures were given. Virtual studies indicate that optimum virtual prototype can make maximal acceleration of the machine reduced 41.4%, dynamic loads on the bearings reduced 32.6% and consuming power of the machine reduced 14% , which improve the working performance of the machine greatly. |
