This study deals with Se bioavailibility in soil-soybean system. The works include the dynamics of Se uptake and accumulation during growth period, Se distribution in organs, and Se form and quality of seed at maturity, the dynamics of Se availability in rhizosphere soil. The main results are as follow:1.During different soybean growth period, the concentration of plant followed the order :seedling>flowering>maturity, but the reserve of Se was on the contrary. The accumulation of Se were found in coincidence with the that of dry matter.2.In high Se-level soil, seed was the main organ of accumulation Se which form was hi organic, in reverse, neither Se was easily translocated to seed nor in organic form, there was difference between different cultivars. Dry matter of seed increased when soil Se was in high level.3.The concentration of plant was mainly controlled by soil Se level, especially by their availability of system, not availability or total Se of soil. In soil-soybean system, availabile Se pool of soil was in homeostasis.
