Agricultural production system in China is based on household operation and microeconomic management. There are some problems that prevent the development of post harvest industry. Few technical extender, short information, non-educated peasants, less investment are main problems. The article put emphasis on the building of the model for post harvest technology and engineering and extends in aim of realizing storage industrialization in producing area.The way of model creation is the industrializations of hardware engineering and software technology.
