Evaluation Of Combining Ability About Eminent Pepper And Sublimation And Selection About Varieties

There are 28 resultants, and they are F1 hybrid crossing inbreed line 8 eminent pepper as parent. Three eminent peppers are selected by combing ability, and evaluated the relation between combining ability and the advantage of varieties. The results showed that the order of combining ability is : P57> P59> P39> P14> P30> P5> P11> P10. The order of ressistance to some virosis is: P57＞P59＞P10＞P11＞P39＞P5＞P14＞P30. The general combining ability of P57 and P59 is accordant, and one of the most high is P5.P57,P59 and P5 can be used as parent widly in future.Cultivating farina and chamber, the results showed: the high level 2,4-D and NAA are favorable for the callus,but the effect of 2,4-D is better. The low level NAA and IAA with high KT can increase the frequency of embyo. The results of experiment showed : active carbon(0.5%) is good to tissue culture.In the experiment, two sweet pepper and one hot pepper resultants are selected, and they can go on territorial and procreative experiment.
