The methods of histologipal general means, Immunohistochemical method and In Site Hybridization were used in the experiment. We have researched into the changes of tissue structure and the expression rules of apoptosis controlling gene (Bcl-2 and Bax ) in ovary of Mongolia sheep during development. We found that the Bcl-2 expression of different-day embryos in the same group among of groups of 60d 67d 91d; 75d, 96d; 83d 102dis no statistical difference (p>0.05 ) , the Bcl-2 expression among the other days is significant distinct difference (p0.01) except for 75d and 91d, ,83d and 102d which is difference (0.010.05) , the Bax expression among the other days are significant distinct difference(p<0.01), but except for 75d towards 53d, 67d, 91d which are difference (0.01p0.05) .In the In Site Hybridization, the rate of Bcl-2 mRNA expression cells of 53d is the tiptop, there is no statistical difference between 60d and 67d, there is significant distinct difference (p<0.01) between 75d and 53d, 60d, 67d. It is minimum for the rate of expression cells of 112 days, and there are significant distinct difference (p<0.01) compared with the other days.For all the detections from 53d to 112d, the expression rule Bcl-2 protein and mRNA are accordant. During the development of Mongolia sheep embryo, Bcl-2 and Bax gene take part in the regulating process together.
