the basis of premilily study, we carry on further research tothe coated material INJ, the production technology of the fertilizer is adjusted to the ZP type fertilizer, add the course of sealing , adopt different INJ of grade to produce a series of coated fertilizer in different temperature, obturation content and production order,etc.. the coated slow/controlled release by the experiments including the water-immersion and field trial .The result is as follows:1, The ZP fertilizer coated with the same backbone material INJ, but different in industrial grade, their duration of water-immersion are variable , longest with QM-85B among them.2, Adding the course of sealing on the basis of originally craft , the duration of water-immersion improves notably, the soggy time of fertlilizer made with INJ of QM-85B after sealing, has been raised by 23.7 times compared to the coated fertelizer befor sealing, it is up to 204 hours, the influencing factors to obturatior, such like temperature, obturatior content etc. have been confirmed ,and their suitable range are ascertained.3, The nutrient release characteristics of two types of coated fertilizers was tested by water dissolution rate method and ehrviating method in laboratory. The preliminary dissolution rate of those fertilizers is accord with the basic demand for controlled releasing fertilizer, nitrtion realease peak of those fertlizer occour in derrenett peroid.4. Cumulative nutrient releasing of two coated fertilizers can be described quantitatively by the first-degree reaction dynamic equation i,e .N=N0(1-e-kt) .we can prognosticate released nitrtion quantity by this formulation5, ZP fertlizer has some ablity to controll or slowthen nitrition realease .it can improve agricultural character of winter wheat, increase yield and fertlizer ultlization rate.. Treatment N2 gains the highest increasing yield rate .and fertlizer utilization rate of N3 is 57.8%.
