One of the important reasons of The irrational use of nitrogenous fertilizer is which make higher content of nitrate than health standard .The lack of nitrogenous fertilize make the descend of yield and quality of vegetable .To solve the problem, there is necessary to study nitrogen efficiency, especially study identifiable indexes, in order to provide precise and convenient indexes and methons which is very significtive work currently. The select of materials which are characteristic and advantageous and preponderant vegetable of Hei Longjiang are culturial varies and wild varies of common bean (Phaseolus valgrisin L.). The experimentation is vary signification.The experimentation were taken by ported plant to study the difference of nitrogen efficiency in different varies of common bean .in order to confirm the identifiable indexes of nitrogen efficiency and identify valuable breeding and planting materials to green food common bean .There is distinct difference of nitrogen efficiency among the different varies of common bean . The supplyial varies are classed four types by nitrogen accumulation , biology yield , legume dry weight .nitrogen efficiency I , II and IIIof master stage. The first type contain seven sprawl varies, nitrogen accumulation , biology yield , legume dry weight .nitrogen efficiency III of master stage represent resistance of low nitrogen ; the second types contain two bush varies which represent resistance of low nitrogen in legume dry weight ,nitrogen efficiency I and II and three sprawl varies which represent resistance of low nitrogen in nitrogen accumulation and nitrogen efficiency III of master stage ; the third type contain nine varies .which only have one or two items represent resistance of low nitrogen ;the forth type contain eight varies, which have no items represent resistance of low nitrogen .experimentation mainly study the difference of nitrogen efficiency on quantity of nitrogen accumulation and nitrogen utilization efficiency, bush common bean represent higher nitrogen utilization efficiency, but sprawl common bean represent higher nitrogen accumulation and the weight of root nodule have high correlation coeffient.To analyse correlativity of characters of nitrogen efficiency, we find,there is positive relativity between root volume, root dry weight in product legume stage and the sum of nodule dry weight in blooming stage and product pot stage and nitrogen accumulation of master stage, the same to between leaf dry weight, leaf area and biology yield in mature stage, but there isnegative relativity between hundred percent of leaf nitrogen and biology yield in mature stage,We regard the dry weight of legume as the most important identifiable indexes of nitrogen use efficiency in low nitrogen level. We find four sprawl common beans and two bush common bean which hold high legume dry weight and nitrogen efficiency, so we think which hold valuable to study deeply and may take as breeding and planting reference materials to green food vegetable common bean. |
