The one-year Xinjiang Poplar seedling treated with 0. 65 g · L-1 1.3g·L-1 2. 6 g · L-1 the sprinkling plant fertilizer (SPF) were used to research the changes of physiological reaction. The results show that:The growth of seedling height and ground diameter and the weight of roots and stems and leaves were improve validly; The activity of leaves' Poly-phenol oxides (PPO) and super oxide demitasse (SOD), as well as roots' peroxides (POD) and SOD were improved obviously, which is benefit to the resistance ability of XingJiang Poplar; The activity of leaves'POD was decreased, while the activity of roots'PPO haven't changed notably.The contents of potassium(K) calcium(Ca) magnesium(Mg) copper(Cu) zinc(Zn) elements in leaves and the contents of Mg iron(Fe) manganese(Mn) Cu elements in stems and those of K,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn in roots were increased obviously; The contents of Fe and Mn elements in leaves were decreased obviously, but those of K Ca Zn in stems and that of Ca and Mn in roots were not effected notably. Speak in a word, the SPF can accelerate or block the Poplars ' absorbing to mineral nutrition in different level.The amount of chlorophyll (a and b ) of leaves in Poplars treated with the SPF was improved obviously, thus the rate of net photosynthesis of leaves was promoted, furthermore, the extent of " afternoon nap" was alleviated to a greater or lesser extent.
