Cardamine hupingshanensis is a new species discovered by Lin-hang Liu and Ke-ming Liu professors of Hunan Normal University. Its amount and distributive area is very small. It is also a kind of delicious wild vegetable which the local people pick. Now it is in severe danger of annihilation. So it has great significance to save and exploit this annihilating and delicious plant. This theme is about study on growth of Cardamine hupingshanensis with the different treatment of temperature, PH value and nutritional liquid. The aim is supplying a directional way for the culture of Cardamine hupingshanensis. Additionally, the theme reported the introduction in Changsha and Zhengzhou1 Effect of Different Temperatures on Growth and Physiology of Cardamine hupingshanensisEffect of different temperature treatment on Cardamine hupingshanensis was studied. The results showed that Cardamine hupingshanensis could grow well at 15~25℃with high chlorophyll content ,high SOD activity and low MDA content, and the electrical conductivity rate remained low and POD activity stable. While the temperature reached 30℃, the chlorophyll content and SOD activity decreased quickly, while MDA content ,electrical conductivity rate and POD activity increased drastically; The fresh weight increased little. At 35℃, the metabolism disordered, and the fresh weight decreased. At 10 ℃, Cardamine hupingshanensis grew slowly. As showing present study, Cardamine hupingshanensis is not tolerant to high temperature. The optimum temperatures for growth are from 15 ℃ to 25 ℃ 2 The effect on growth of Cardamine hupingshanensis with different PH valuesCardamine hupingshanensis could grow in the range for PH 5.5 ~ 8.0 in soil culture, and PH values should keep positive in culture solution.3 The effect on growth of Cardamine hupingshanensis with different formula of nutrient solutionEffect of improving Ca2+ and NHj+ on the growth of Cardaminehupingshanensis was studied. The result showed that Ca concentration in formula for leaf vegetable was suitable for the growth of Cardamine hupingshanensis. It is favorable for the quick growth of Cardamine hupingshanensis to improve NH4+ concentration in the formulary4 Introductions of Cardamine hupingshanensisCardamine hupingshanensis was cultured in Changsha and Zhengzhou. The result showed that Cardamine hupingshanensis could survive winter in Changsha and bloomed at the beginning of April. In June it died of high temperature. It also could survive winter but the old leaves all died in Zhengzhou area, and bloomed at the end of April. It could grow well in protected cultivation and better in greenhouse. As for whether Cardamine hupingshanensis could survive summer in Zhengzhou, it needs to observe.5 Comparision study on several propagation methods of Cardamine hupingshanensisThe result of comparision on several propagation methods of Cardamine hupingshanensis showed that the plant of vegetative propagation grew well in nutrient solution and the cost was high.
