Study On The Isolation, Identification, Biological And Physico-chemical Property Of Agro-antibiotic A₉₉₀₁-â… 

This paper studied on the isolation ,identification ,biological and physico-chemical property of Agro-antibiotic A9901-I .The results showed that the Agro-antibiotic A9901-I was a multi-component complex . The paper chromatograph result developed with Vadimir Betina systemic solvent was similar to that of Enniatin B. Agro-antibiotic A9901-i was soluble in variety organic solvent . But it was insoluable or difficult to solubilized in water. Agro-antibiotic A9901- I has two absorbance peak at 225nm and 348nm in utraviolate spectum . The qualitivity experiment show that there were one or more phenol hydroxy in the molecular of Agro-antibiotic A9901-I . The molecular weight of two isomer components of the Agro-antibiotic A9901- I was 534.7 . All the results showed the differences among Agro-antibiotic A9901- I ,enniatin B and actinomycin . Agro-antibiotic A9901-i was Stable under pH 7 at the normal temperature .After heated 30 minutes under 75 ℃ water bath , the Agro-antibiotic A9901- I showed little change on bio-activity. The Agro-antibiotic A9901- I showed stong inhibitory effect against 34 strains of fungi and yeast strain , such as the Cladosporium fulvum , Cercospora oryzae fyricularia oryzae Thielarviopsis paradoxa, Helminthosporium satirm, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Saccharomyces cervisiae, the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) to was lower than 0.4ug/ml .But showed little effect on tested phytopathogen bacterium . Two years field experimentation shows that the Agro-antibiotic A9901- I had a good control on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Pyricularia oryzae Botriytis cinerea. Agro-antibiotic A9901-1 has a controlling efficiency 82.55% on the Botriytis cinerea.
