The experiment was conducted in Greenhouse with calcareous soil. By the design method of random block, effects of the combination of P, K and Ca on Calcium absorption of tomato in Greenhouse was studied. At the same time, the utilization ratio of Calcium fertilizer was studied in the method of difference between values. And the contrast study was conducted according to the indexes which were the effect of Calcium absorption on different cooperation of Phosphorus and Calcium, Potassium and Calcium. In the experiment of the cooperation of Phosphorus and Calcium, the results had shown that CaP1 is much better than the others. First, CaP1 could significantly promote the total amount of Calcium absorption and fruit Calcium absorption, and improve the utilization ratio of Calcium. It was improved by 10.3 increase of one percentage point than the relative control. And the Calcium utilization by ratio of the tomato to CaP1 was 82.1 percent higher than the relative control. Secondly, CaP1 could improve the biological properties of tomato in Greenhouse. It could also obviously improve the yield of the tomato fruit. The yield of the tomato was 16.1% higher than the relative control. Thirdly, CaP1 could improve the contents of Vc and sugar of the tomato fruit, and decrease the contents of acidity and the quantity of the rotten fruit. It could significantly improve the quality of the tomato fruitIn the experiment of the cooperation of Potassium and Calcium, the results had shown that CaK2 is much better than the others. First, CaK2 could significantly promote the total amount of Calcium absorption and fruit Calcium absorption, and improve the utilization ratio of Calcium. It was improved by 16.27 increase of one percentage point than the relative control. Secondly, CaK2 could improve the biological properties of tomato in Greenhouse. It could also obviously improve the yield of the tomato fruit. The yield of the tomato was 22.9% higher than the relative control. Thirdly, CaK2 could improve the contents of Vc and sugar of the tomato fruit, and decrease the contents of acidity and the quantity of the rotten fruit. It could significantly improve the quality of the tomato fruitAll in all, effects of the phosphon potassium cooperated with calcium on calcium absorption of tomato in greenhouse was greatly significant.
