After the study on the different expression of Bt gene of GK-12 at normal and regulated conditions, the results are as follows:(1) Southern analysis showed that there are 3 Bt gene copies exist in the genome of GK-12;(2) After the regulation with plant growth regulation substance ,B1P1S1, Bt toxin protein content has been increased in the upper leaves at mid-budding stage and in the lower leaves and fruit-bearing shoot leaves at flowering-boiling stage, which will benefit to the effect of boll resistance;(3) The level and distribution of intrinsic hormone in the same leaf position at different growth stages and in the different leaf position at the same growth stage have been changed after regulation;(4) After regulation, the MDA content, on the whole, increased at mid-budding stage, while decreased at flowering-boiling stage, and the MDA content had no significant difference at both stages, which will benefit to maintain metabolic stability in a relative longer period;(5) Correspondence analysis showed that there exists close relation between Bt toxin protein content and Z(R) and DHZ(R) contents at both growth stages at normal and regulated conditions;(6) Correlation analysis showed that there exists close relation, especially at mid-budding stage, between Bt toxin and the balance of intrinsic hormones.
