The ecologic condition affecting on growth and development and fruit quality of Lonicera caerulea in three different ecotope which were Changbai Mountain , Linjiangand Changchun was studied by investagation, simple regression, multiple statistical analysis and computer technology.From observation of growth dynamic, there were three peak of new shoot growth of seven days in one year. The first and second growth peak were obvious. From those we could say that new shoot came into growth peak from the beginning of germinating. And then came into slow growth period, till to cease to grow. According fruit growth had three peak. The second peak was obvious, which was in the middle May.Analysing and determining growth and development and fruit qulity of Lonicera caerulea in three different ecotope, we concluded there were obvious relation between growth and development and fruit quality and temperature and soil nutrient. In ChanBaishan and LinJiang ,elevation is high and annual precipitation and annual solar hour etc. was simillar. The plant of Lonicera caerulea was short, shoot was short and thick, and one leaf area was small. On the contrary, intensity of illumination was high in Ghangchun. New shoot increment was large , germinating rate was high, and production was high . But intensity of illumination in ChangBai Mountain was weak , production was low. That indicated temperture can induce vegetative growth of Lonicera caerulea.Ecologic factors had much influence on fruit qulity. In ChangBai Mountain and Linjiang , climate is cool and fruit qulity was well.There were much total sugar, protein, and Vc. Soil moistur content was high in Linjing and root growing was limited, so fruit qulity was bad. There was upright relation between organic matter and fruit qulity.The ecotope of Lonicera caerulea is wide, and can tolarate -50 癈 low temperature. The paper simulated between soil nutriment and fruit qulity. Results showed: soil water content ,organic mattet , PH and active nitrogen had muchinfluence on fruit quality. There were much inflence on protein , total sugar, pectic substance, fat and fruit water content etc.. There were much influence on protein on PH and active nitrogen. Protein had intimately related to y=-1.9559x+25.223 (R2=0.9679) and y=0.0161x+0.4987 (R2=0.9586) , respectively. There were intermate relation between PH and total sugar, pectic substance, fat and fruit water content. Fruit water content had much related to y=-13.3329+98.237(R2 =0.9999). Organic matter had obvious influence on fat and had intimately related to y=0.016x+0.4987 (R2=0.9897) . There were intimate relation between active and protein and total sugar. Active nitrogen had influence on acid and tannic. There were less influence on fruit qulity to active potassium.
