Measurement of The field biological characters,Experiment of corn seed germination and Drought-waterlogging stress treatment ,The peroxidase Isoeletric analysis. Three high productive hybridization combinations"Nongda108", "nongda103", "zhongyuandan32" and An unknown F2 are experiment materials, on the basis of the different biological characters in germination and seedlings .the unknown F2 appeared the strong and weak seedlings .the analysis on these strong and weak seedlings by the biological characters has done though the stress treatment and the perxidase isoeletric analysis and the leaf stomatal characters observation in order to rapidly choose the second cycle line .The results were as follows:Fist: Sinking of hybrid and inbreed seeds by 500ppm> lOOOppm pp333 of different concentration, with the enhancement of the pp333 concentration the embryonic length of the different corn hybrid and their parent is different. The distinction of the hybrid and their parent inbreed of the summation of the embryo root length is large.Though the sinking seeds by GA3 of 500ppm,1000ppm concentration ,the distinction of the hybrid and their parent is the largest in the water .Nevertheless the interval of the sum of the embryonic length and the embryo root length is large with the enhancement of GA3 concentration, because the difference of hybrid and parent inbreeds reacted differently to the different concentration of PP333 and GA3. so the distinction of the embryo root and embryonic length of the hybrid and their parent inbreed is most obvious in the water. Sifting of corn second lines by sinking seed in water is practicable .on the basis of the distinction of embryo and embryonic.Second : The biological characters of hybrid and inbreeds are obvious though the stress treatment at the third leaf .So on the basis of the distinctive biological characters for example the plant height the pace of growth % the area per leaf, the dry weight. so we can choose the corn second cycle line.Third: Analysis of leaf stomatal characters and leaf temperature gap has good results, hybrids show longer stomatal length and less stomatal frequency than their parental lines. By comparison with their parental lines, three hybrids all showed significantly positive heterosis leaf temperature gap. we also can choose the corn second cycle line on the basis of the leaf stomatal characters and leaf temperature gap.Fourth: The results showed that the electrophoresis peroxidase isozyme patterns of all the hybrids are different from that of their parent inbreed .the electrophretic pattern has not stated orderliness .So we don't sift early and fast the corn second cycle line from the electrophoresis peroxidase isozyme patterns.Fifth: Seeds of the strong and weak seedings replanted were sinked and germinated with water, the embryonic length is different. Sum of the embryonic root length and the embryonic length of the strong is larger than that of the weak. From chart of the embryonic length, The amount of the weakest embryo of the weak seedings is larger than that of the strong, Going on sifting and you have different inbreeds on the basis of biological characters and leaf temperature gap .
